The only infrastructure TLD, .arpa is used exclusively for technical infrastructure purposes. Its most common use is in-addr.arpa for IPv4 reverse DNS lookups and ip6.arpa for IPv6 reverse DNS. Originally stood for ARPANET but was retronymed to "Address and Routing Parameter Area".
